Ruby Anne
Hi, my name is Ruby Anne (on the right, pictured with my daughter Lindsay on the left), and I am the co-owner of Castle Connections Travel along with my sister Lisa. I am also a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge. Starting this company has been a dream of mine for the past decade, but it was my sister Lisa who provided the push I needed to quit dreaming and make it a reality. My love of Disney started as far back as I can remember. Lisa and I had our first visit to Magic Kingdom in the Spring of 1973 when E tickets were being used. I honeymooned at Walt Disney World in 1988. I have been to WDW twice a year with my 21 year old daughter Lindsay (currently participating in the Disney College Program) since she was 20 months old. I have stayed at many of the different on-site resorts, dined at quite of few of the restaurants, and attended Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party/Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. In January of 2012, I was in WDW for Marathon weekend and participated in the Fiesta 5k! Because of my love for Disney, I eagerly shared my knowledge with anyone who would listen, and that led to my planning/booking Disney vacations for family and friends. It would be my honor to assist you in making your trip unforgettable!
Lisa
Hi, my name is Lisa. I own Castle Connections Travel with my sister Ruby Anne, and I am a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and a Universal Certified Travel Specialist. I have visited Disneyland in California, and I have been lucky enough to visit Walt Disney World many times, accompanied by my husband and daughter. I have stayed at all levels of resorts and experienced quite a few of the restaurants Walt Disney World has to offer, as well as some of the special events that are offered throughout the year. There is so much to see and do at Walt Disney World in Orlando... I would like to say one day that I have experienced it all. I would love to help make your trip magical!
Gina
Hi, my name is Gina and I live in Charleston, South Carolina. My husband and I have two amazing boys that love our adventures to Disney World. Becoming an agent for Castle Connections Travel is a dream come true. I have also become a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge. Every time I go to Disney I look for new ways to sprinkle a little pixie dust on my family during our trip and tips I can share with family and friends to enjoy on their next trip. It may include a new dining experience, meeting a new favorite character, or simply taking part in a seasonal special event at one of the parks. We also make sure we take time to enjoy our favorite snack and some time at the resort pool. Whether you are new to Disney or taking your 10th trip, I look forward to helping make your trip a magical one.
Jaclyn
Hi, my name is Jaclyn, and I am a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge. I live in Douglas Massachusetts with my husband and daughter, Addison. I only started going to Disney World about 6 years ago, but since then, I've been 6 times and love exploring all it has to offer. I've enjoyed the Flower & Garden Festival, Food & Wine Festival, explored Deluxe Resorts and many of the delicious restaurants. With every trip I plan for my family, I find new ways to make it more magical and do something different every time. In addition to Disney World, I also enjoy going on cruises and am eager to explore all the cruise lines we offer. By nature I'm a type A, meticulous person and take my time to find the best deals for you, as I would myself. I plan to find you a vacation thats tailored to you and your family.
Karen
Hello, my name is Karen Crawford, and I am a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge. I first experienced Walt Disney World as a teenager in the 70's visiting the Magic Kingdom with my family. I vividly remember excitedly walking through the gates - once my gaze fell upon Cinderella's castle I was instantly hooked. Returning countless times over the past 30 plus years, first with my husband on our honeymoon then as a mother with my children now 25 and 11. The endless magical moments I have experienced keeps me returning year after year. I am a self proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed over 50 different restaurants, dinner shows, character dining experiences, and special events. Through trial and error I have discovered the little secrets and tricks that will help make your vacation unforgettable! Always looking for a little extra magic, I have extended my adventures to include Universal Studios, enjoying a stay at Cabana Bay resort and attending several special events such as Halloween Horror Nights and A Celebration of Harry Potter. My wish is to extend to you my own special kind of magic using my 30 years experience in the hospitality industry and my attention to detail to help and your family create a unique and personalized vacation experience, resulting in memories that will last a lifetime!

I love planning vacations for first time guests and making Disneyland or Walt Disney World one of their new favorite places to vacation. I pride myself in always being organized and always being available for anything a client might need.

Lisa
Hi! I'm Lisa! I live in New York with my family. Before there was a Walt Disney World, there was The Wonderful World of Disney in Living Color! I would sit in my grandmother's den on Sunday nights, waiting for the magic to come on. Years later, at the ripe old age of 11, I would find myself in that magical world, standing in front of the Castle I had so longed to see. Magic. I've experienced the magic many times since than, and that feeling is always there. WDW has grown since my first visit, and each visit has become a new adventure. It's familiar, but never the same, with new worlds to explore, new places to stay and new restaurants to experience! I look forward to helping others to have an amazing experience!
Michael
Hello, my name is Michael Thomas, and I am a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge. The first time I went to Walt Disney World, I was seven - I could not even stay in my car seat because I was too excited. I saw the sign and Mickey Mouse and my parents tell me that I could not stop shaking in excitement, I could not even talk. Once I was able to talk, I told my mom that I wanted to work for Disney when I grew up. Back then I wanted to be an animator and then as I got older it was a chef. I still have that magical dream of one day working for Disney. Now that I am part of Castle Connections Travel, that dream has come true. I live with my wife Paige and two boys Levi and Liam, in Chesapeake, Virginia. Our first family trip to Disney was one of the most magical experiences, I have experienced at Disney World. To see my boys' faces light up like mine did when I went for the first time, was one of the happiest moments of my life, because I get to pass down my love of Disney to my children now. Our last trip to Disney World was more magical then the first one. I surprised the family with the trip on Valentine’s Day for my wife’s graduation (after three long years) present. While we were down there Minnie Mouse and I surprised her with a full day to herself, she got to go to the spa and spent the day at EPCOT (her favorite park) and completed the day with dinner and a good view of Illuminations (her favorite Fireworks Show). I am excited to be part of Castle Connections Travel and being able to help other families make Magical Lasting Memories, like my family.
Lia
Hi, my name is Lia. I live in Georgia with my husband and 2 sons. We also have two older girls - one got her wish of getting proposed to in front of the castle, the other her dream of working for Disneyland!!! My first trip to Disneyland was in 1985. We lived 10 minutes away and one of my favorite memories was watching the summer night fireworks from where we lived. Also my Mom always made sure we visited at least once a year for Christmas - I guess I can blame her for my love for Disney!!!! Before even thinking of leaving California, visiting Disney World was definitely on my bucket list. Many years later, I moved to Georgia right next door (well sort of close enough). I visited WDW for the first time in July 2004 and have visited at least twice a year since. My new bucket list item is to visit every resort WDW has to offer, and now I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to share with others how magical WDW is!

Erick
Hi, my name is Erick, and I am a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge. My wife and I visit Disney World or Disneyland at least once a year. We enjoy attending the International Food and Wine Festival, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, but my favorite time to visit is during the MNSSHP or MVMCP. There is something magical about walking through the gates to the sight of Main Street decorated during the holidays. Plus, those are the only times you can meet Jack and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas. While visiting both WDW and WDL, I have stayed at a variety of resorts and visited numerous restaurants. On our honeymoon, my wife and I visited Victoria & Albert’s and experienced a once in a lifetime dinner. I could go on for days about things to do at Disney World or Disneyland. With so much to see and do, I would love to help make your vacation more magical. I’m honored to be part of the Castle Connections Travel team and I look forward to helping make your vacation dreams come true!
Karly
Hello, my name is Karly Conley and I am pictured with my husband, Parker! We are absolute Disney fanatics. We went for the 1st time together on our honeymoon and fell in love with the magic. We both grew up loving all things Disney, from movies to music, to characters and theme parks, but nothing compared to the experience we had on our honeymoon. We could not wait to go back as soon as we left. We spent our 1 year Anniversary there and then decided to become Disney Annual Passholders this year. We have been down 22 days this year already! We have mastered the art of Park Hopping, FastPassing, and drinking around the world. We have run a 10k and are registered to run a full marathon in January of 2020 (our 1st one ever!). Being a part of Castle Connections Travel is a dream come true! I cannot wait to combine my Type A personality with my passion of Disney and travel in general. Looking forward to sharing my knowledge of the happiest place on Earth with you all!
Jayson
Back in 2013 my buddy said lets go to Walt Disney World. I had not been in 10 years but I was excited to go and experience it now as a photographer. I fell in love with Magic Kingdom and took a billion photos. I went to Disney when I was 4 and 5 but lost the Disney Magic in High School and now returning at a later age, I fell in love with it all over again. The sights, the sounds and the smells. This was my happy place and I never wanted to leave. I ended up waiting in line for the newly opened Little Mermaid ride for 2 and a half hours as I did not know if I would return to this magical place. I returned the following year and in 2015 again with my family. I have returned every year since 2013 and am currently an annual pass holder where I visit the parks a few times a year.
Roxie
Hello! My name is Roxie Smith and I am a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge. I live in Minnesota with my husband, Kent. We have three grown daughters and one grandson, Oakland, as well as another grandchild due in September! My love for Disney started in 1999 on my Honeymoon. Since then, we have gone on multiple family vacations, a girls only vacation with my mom and daughters, and a vacation for just my husband and me. My favorite park is Magic Kingdom because I love Cinderella’s Castle! I have been known to take over 250 pictures here in one day! There is nothing like the feeling I get when I turn the corner on Main Street and the castle comes into view! I have also attended the exclusive holiday parties, including “Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween" in October 2012 and "Mickey's Very Merry Christmas" in November 2014. At Disney, “Home” for me is the Grand Floridian resort. This magical resort will always hold very special memories for my family and me. I am a meticulous and knowledgeable planner. My love for Disney and traveling will always be my inspiration to make sure your vacation is nothing short from what I would plan for my own family. I will always tailor to you to fit your needs and put into action exactly what you want and could ever dream of! Let's get started and make some dreams come true!
Mel
Hi, I'm Mel. I live in my hometown of Augusta, GA, and I love all things Disney... especially Walt Disney World!!! I've been visiting the WDW parks since I was a little girl, and discovered even more magic in my trips once I became a young adult. I've been to multiple parks countless times. And like most everyone else, have dined at many of the restaurants in the parks and resorts as well as attended a few special events. But, unlike most everyone else, I have had the magical experience of being a bridesmaid in a Disney wedding at Walt Disney Worlds Grand Floridian!!! I love going to Disney and planning the trip is half the fun for me. Not only do I adore all things Disney, I'm also a huge Potter head. I've been many, many times to the Universal parks and stayed at a Universal resort as well. Take the stress off your back and let me personalize your family's vacation. I’m extremely knowledgeable and current with the Orlando parks and have many tips to offer. I'm very organized and communicate well. I can make your dreams come true at the happiest place on earth. Let's make the magic start right now!
Alexis
Hello, I'm Alexis! I live in Minnesota and am 22 years old. I have a son named Oakland. I fell in love with Disney when my family & I went on our first trip in my teens. I'm bringing the magic of disney into my sons life, too! I'm a stay at home mom & wanted a little something to do along with it that I was passionate about. What better way than to help others plan trips to my favorite place in the entire world?! I hope to help you plan an unforgettable and magical trip to the happiest place on earth!
Kimby
I was born and raised in Louisiana, my childhood was experiencing New Orleans, learning the different cultures, exploring the arts and various foods. Even though the Mardi Gras floats are huge and glamorous, I found my favorite thing was noticing the small things. My fondest memory was taking a trip to Disney, the journey to get there was long with family and friends, but our new adventure and the love and laughter we shared was all worth the wait. I eventually experienced so many places with Military life and again, I noticed small things and how people felt. I feel like vacations are supposed to be peaceful and adventurous. I’ll help you plan both experiences. Take the small moments in life and you’ll remember them forever!
Jennifer
I currently reside in Alpharetta, Georgia with my 14-year-old son, whose life is football. I sit on the Booster Club board for his football team and actively volunteer with the team as much as I can, managing social media, coordinating team community service events, and helping with gameday pictures. I also have an 18-year-old daughter who lives in Murphy, North Carolina where she goes to school and works as a Bookkeeper for Ingles.
I love to sing and am a member of the choir at my church. I also used to sing in the Cast Member choir at Disney World, participating in the annual Candlelight processional. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Webber International University in Lake Wales, Florida. While working towards my degree, I began my employment at the Walt Disney World resort area, focusing on the Disney Springs hotels, including the Hilton, what is now the Drury Inn and Suites, and the Swan Hotel. I gained experience in the front desk/concierge areas, as well as becoming a Food and Beverage Manager at the Swan Hotel. Once I graduated, I started working in the theme parks while continuing my hotel employment (this was back when working in the Disney Springs area was not considered direct employment through the Walt Disney Company). I started working at The Great Movie Ride at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. After 3 years, I transferred to Epcot where I worked at the Universe of Energy, Wonders of Life, and Horizons pavilions. I was part of the opening team at Test Track and then transferred to retail and worked in the gift shops and merchandise kiosks on that side of the park.
When my mother passed away in 1998, I took a leave of absence and moved to New Jersey to be with my father for a brief period to clear my head. When I returned to Florida, I started working full time as an Operations Manager at Wildhorse Saloon at Pleasure Island until it was slated to be shut down. My next step led me to retail at the outlet mall until I moved to Georgia. I love Disney. Working for Disney gives you a different appreciation for that world other than just being a guest. People often ask if I would work there again, and yes I would. I loved being a part of the guests’ magical experiences and enjoyed the interaction immensely. I am that person that’s ears perk up anytime I hear someone talking about Disney (or Universal) and usually find a way to integrate myself into the conversation, so I am excited to be a part Castle Connections Travel and applying my many years of Cast Member experience to a different chapter in the guest experience!
Mercedes
Hi, my name is Mercedes. As a self proclaimed “Disney nut” since I was a little girl, I am thrilled to be a part of the Castle Connections team. My husband and I have frequented the parks for several years and I am now passing the magic down to my son. I have visited Disneyland in California a few times and I have been lucky enough to visit Walt Disney World many times. Along with visiting the WDW resort, I have also frequented Universal Orlando resort numerous times. I have stayed at all levels of resorts and experienced quite a few of the restaurants WDW and UO have to offer. There is so much to see and do and everything is constantly changing so there is something new and fresh for every visit! I am excited to help you plan your first trip or your 100th to experience the magic!

Monique
My name is Monique Cook, and my husband Jim and I have 4 daughters (now grown). I have always loved to travel and am passionate about creating the best vacations to meet the needs of everyone in our party. Our girls grew up going to Disney (have probably gone to Disney World over 100 times) and I have first hand knowledge to plan the best Disney trips for any age group. Now that my daughters are grown and married, they still want to go to Disney with us and introduce their hubbies to Disney! We all fell in love with the magic, and I love helping others create the best experience at Disney. I would love the opportunity to maximize your time, customize your dining options to meet your need, and help your travel party have the most magical vacation ever.
Crystal
Hi! My name is Crystal and my love of Disney is as big as the great state of Texas (where I live). I am a Disney College of Knowledge graduate. I have been to Walt Disney World many times and always stay at different resorts and eat at a variety of restaurants. We go on tours, to the holiday parties and EPCOT festivals. I try to keep it fresh & exciting for my family! I enjoy staying up to date with Disney’s ever-changing parks, resorts, cruise ships & restaurants. It’s also fun to venture out and try new things outside the Disney bubble. My family and I have enjoyed Universal in Orlando as well as cruises to Western Caribbean, Eastern Caribbean, and Alaska. I would LOVE to help you plan your “dream” vacation too!
